No. Directory Attender was specifically designed for R5 and can run on R6 as well.

Does Directory Attender run on 'clustered' servers?
Directory Attender is completely compatible with clustering.

INSTALLATION

How is Directory Attender installed?
Directory Attender is shipped with its own Lotus Notes-based installation routine. The Directory Attender installation will guide you through the installation in a wizard-like fashion.

What Servers must I install Directory Attender on?
Directory Attender should only be installed on one server per domain, typically on the 'Administration server' for the Domino directory.

Can Directory Attender manage 'cascading' directories?
Yes. Directory Attender can manage ALL public directories.

CONFIGURATION

Does Directory Attender effect my Domino Directories?
No changes are made to the Domino Directories.

What access does Directory Attender need?
Directory Attender itself requires no special access, however, the signer of the Directory Attender agents must have Manager access to the Domino directories, Administration rights to the server, and Unrestricted LotusScript agent rights.

What must I change to use Directory Attender?
Simply install Directory Attender on your 'Administration server'.
